Dave January has over 25 years of experience in Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) and commissioning services. His project experience spans K–12, higher education, healthcare, data centers, research laboratories, and military facilities, providing a strong foundation in building systems, DDC controls, and HVAC design.
He works closely with project teams to ensure systems operate as intended, with a focus on energy efficiency and performance. Dave has a track record of delivering projects on schedule, resolving field challenges, and maintaining long-term client relationships. He is also active in mentoring TAB and commissioning professionals and has served on NEBB Education and Marketing Committees as well as a Proctor.
