Robb began his career in HVAC testing and balancing, working in his father’s TAB firm during his school years. After completing college in 1998, he returned to the industry and has continued his work in TAB since then.
Since 2006, he has served as the Richmond Office Field Team Manager, overseeing daily field operations, including scheduling, project supervision, and TAB report review and submittal. Robb is also actively involved in training field personnel to support consistent performance and technical development.
